Samsung Galaxy Note First Impression

As announced on my Facebook Page here, Twitter here and Google+ account here, I was the first Malaysian to get her hands on the Samsung Galaxy Note.

This device is not launched in the market yet, although it has been announced by Samsung.

Based on initial reaction, the Interwebz is buzzing about this gigantuous 5.3” Android SuperPhone / Tablet hybrid. Speculation and rumours of the launch date in the region is everywhere – with some AP sets (apparently) already being sold in the market.

This one I have in my hands (about the size of my face, as well) is actually an original from Samsung / SME. It is indeed a large phone. At 5.3” HD Super AMOLED screen, it is bigger than the (now discontinued) Dell Streak.

But first… check out this quick unboxing and first impression video I made of the Samsung Galaxy Note here…

The SEA regional launch is happening next week on 8th November 2011 (next Tuesday) in Jakarta, Indonesia and I will be there to cover it!!!

Thanks to some of you who already commented on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ on what you want to know about the Samsung Galaxy Note, including features you want me to test, performance, the S-Pen (stylus) usability, etc.

If you have more questions about the device, do input your comment down below and I will try as best as I can to cover them in the upcoming in-depth review next week!
