As of time of writing, Maxis’ Blackberry devices page HERE shows the banner that the Blackberry Z10 is “Coming Soon” with no further details on the device / data plans.

It is said that no additional Blackberry plans will be needed with the new Blackberry Z10. Only a regular data plan is sufficient with devices on the new Blackberry 10 OS. That is great news, for those familiar with Blackberry users, who knows that an additional BIS / BES license payment is required for previous Blackberries.

The best ever on screen keyboard device, thanks to the responsive touch screen, and the very smart predictive dictionary function, the dictionary is a fast learner to note down all of the personalized vocabulary, appear in the suggested word at the right time, feel like it could read my mind and know what I’m going to type next.. I hope the bb on screen keyboard could be ported to other platform as a stand alone app.
